We’ll meet the family and taste fragrant, freshly pressed oils over wood-fired grilled bruschetta. After, explore the treasures of Cortona on a privately guided tour. Your private driver will pick you up and drive you through the northern part of Tuscany until you reach the beautiful coastline of Liguria, and your home base for the next four days: Portovenere. Enjoy lunch at a quaint restaurant that will treat you to a true pasta al pesto - the iconic dish of the area. Then meet your local guide for a walking tour of the highlights of this town: St. Peter’s church, which sits atop a cliff jetting out on the sea, the Doria Castle, and the carrugi - the iconic narrow alleys of eastern Liguria.

Then, unwind in your luxury bed & breakfast located in the heart of Portovenere’s historic center. The rest of the evening is open for your own exploration.

Savor the local cuisine paired with wine. Let your palate be surprised by the deliciousness of the Sciacchetra - one of the best passito wines of Italy that hardly ever leaves the boot.

Then boat back to Portovenere and unwind for the evening.

Tour the winery and learn about the ancient farming techniques passed down from a generation to the other in order to grow vines on those steep slopes of land. Your private driver will then take you to a local ittiturismo - a family-run restaurant that serves the fish caught on that day.
