How It Works

We create and operate custom private trips to select destinations— you imagine the possibilities, we provide the insider knowledge, expertise, and planning services. Our travel programs include thoughtfully curated itineraries, expert guides, unique accommodations, private transportation, select meals, experiential activities, personalized service, and more.

 

The Process:

  1. We’ll start with the form below to give us an idea of what you have in mind.
  2. Our Guest Services team will follow up with you to ensure that we have a clear sense of your expectations and travel wishlist.
  3. If you think we're a good fit, we’ll charge a non-refundable Custom Trip Planning fee of $1,500, which will be credited to the final balance of your trip if you decide to go forward.
  4. We’ll create an initial itinerary including preliminary rates. Based on the feedback you provide, we'll make adjustments and present an updated itinerary.
  5. If you approve the itinerary details and rates and would like to move forward, we will request a non-refundable deposit to confirm the services and begin planning. The typical deposit amount is 50% of the full program rate, although a higher deposit amount may be required. The remaining balance is due a minimum of 90 days before departure.

NOTE:  Custom trips typically range in price from $1,000-$1,550 per person per day, depending on a variety of factors.
