Guest health and wellness are our highest priority, and we are working diligently to make your experience and all our upcoming trips safe and enjoyable for you and everyone else.

By joining an Experi journey, it’s important that every guest also assumes personal responsibility for their own health and to help protect the well-being of their fellow guests, the Experi staff, our local partners, and the communities we visit.

To that end, we are requiring each guest to acknowledge and sign this Guest Wellness Pledge before joining an Experi program.

Guest Wellness Pledge

• I agree to take personal responsibility for my health and well-being, to comply with local COVID-related rules, and to follow the instructions of Experi staff and their local supplier partners regarding health protocols. I understand that non-compliance with these health and safety measures by myself or my traveling party will result in our party not being able to continue on our Experi journey.

• I confirm that I will carry documentation, such as the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, indicating that I am fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with a CDC authorized and recommended vaccine.

• I confirm that I will immediately notify Experi or my Travel Director if I have a fever (100.4 F° / 38 C° or higher), feel feverish, have chills, a cough, difficulty breathing, or other symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days prior to, or at any time during my trip.

• I understand that Experi cannot guarantee that I, or those I’m traveling with, will not become infected with COVID-19. As such, I agree to hold Experi harmless and voluntarily assume all risks and related expenses in the event that I, or any member of my traveling party, becomes infected with COVID-19.
